Cupshe Dress Haul | The Spring Dress Lineup
I love spring dresses and these finds from Cupshe did not disappoint.
Up first is the stunning, off shoulder look in beautiful springs hues of blues and lilacs. The shoulder tie is adjustable and the I love the fitted bodice. Even if you carry your weight in your midsection, don’t be afraid to accentuate your curves. Wearing boxier or oversized clothing will sometimes amplify the problem area rather than detract from it. As I have approached my 50s, I am certainly experiencing changes in my body, including a little belly pooch that was never there. But, I’m embracing it.
This dress is a waffle weave knit that is simply stunning and oh so comfy. The skirt is lined; I was so hoping that the top would be, too. I wore a strapless bra in white with this and looking back should have done a nude bandeau bra for a cleaner look. However, despite this, I simply LOVE this dress. It is lightweight, travels well and can easily go from a casual brunch with girlfriends to an evening out on the town or even a wedding.
Last up in the rotation is this navy and white striped spaghetti strap dress. The sides are both slit and it comes up rather high on me (mid-thigh), but I am also 5’11”, so things tend to rise higher on my frame. Even with the slits, which are a blessing on a beach vacay or when it’s extremeley hot outside, this dress is stylish with its drawstring waist. Throw on a denim jacket or a lady jacket to change it up.
